How it works

Making a Reservation

The property requires a minimum stay of seven nights, Saturday through to Saturday. The maximum stay is three weeks. Get in touch via the enquiry form and we'll confirm availability and guide you through the booking process.

Pay your deposit

A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your booking.

Final payment

Full balance is due one month before your stay. For bookings within four weeks, full payment is required upfront.

Arrive & enjoy

Check in from 4pm. Check out by 11am. The rest is up to you.

Weekly Rates

All rates are per week for the whole property. Prices are in GBP and include bed linen and towels.

All prices per week, whole property. Linen and towels included.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

If you need to cancel within one month of your stay, the full cost is non-refundable. If we are able to relet the property, you will receive a 75% refund. Unpaid final balances will result in the loss of your deposit.

Insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We do not cover loss of personal belongings.

House Policy

No pets, with the exception of registered service animals. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or in the garden. Long-term lets are available upon enquiry — please get in touch to discuss.
