How it works

Making a Reservation

The property requires a minimum stay of seven nights, Saturday through to Saturday. The maximum stay is three weeks. Get in touch via the enquiry form and we'll confirm availability and guide you through the booking process.

Pay your deposit

A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your booking.

Final payment

Full balance is due one month before your stay. For bookings within four weeks, full payment is required upfront.

Arrive & enjoy

Check in from 4pm. Check out by 11am. The rest is up to you.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

If you have to cancel your booking within the month before your stay, the full cost is non-refundable. If reletting occurs, a 75% refund applies. Unpaid final balances result in deposit forfeiture.

Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended. Guests bear liability for damage; personal item losses aren't covered.

Policy

No pets except service animals. Smoking and vaping prohibited. Long-term lets available upon inquiry.
